Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage technique using light to moderate pressure to alleviate muscle tension, increase circulation and assist the relaxation response.

Blended Massage
Classic massage techniques of Swedish and deep tissue are blended together to alleviate muscle tension and other body discomforts. The techniques in the Blended Massage are usually slow paced to allow time for body and mind to assimilate the work and provide maximum stress reduction. This is a favorite!

Deep Tissue / Injury Treatment
Focused, deep work, specific to injury site and surrounding tissues. Also includes some more subtle approaches depending on individual findings. The general goal of this work is to alleviate pain and disfunction and to allow the resumption of normal activities during the course of treatment. Circulatory Massage & Invigorating Relaxation
Faster paced Swedish massage techniques in conjunction with livelier music (bring your own favorites if you choose) to encourage improved circulatory function and uplift the spirit. Great for the couch potato or desk jockey who feels a bit sluggish or is chronically fatigued.
Certain health issues may be a contraindication. Please discuss with therapist prior to your appointment to determine if this modality is appropriate.

Seated Massage (On-Site)
Therapeutic Massage performed in a comfortable massage chair, through clothing. Usually in 15, 20 or 30 minute increments to reduce muscle tension & stress.
Great perk for employer and employee. Some benefits include: Improved moral, increased motivation and productivity, decreased stress, prevent or speed healing of repetitive motion injuries and noted fewer sick days.
